Are you wondering what’s on the economic horizon? Join moderator Steve Zarrilli, ’83, La Salle University Board Chair and President and CEO of Safeguard Scientifics, at the Union League of Philadelphia on Jan. 21, 2016, from noon to 2 p.m. for the 15th Annual Economic Outlook – “Eye on the Fed and the Economy: What to Expect in 2016” – and get an expert’s perspective on the upcoming fiscal climate.



2016 Hall of Athletes Induction

La Salle Athletics proudly announces its 2016 inductees into the Hall of Athletes, to be honored on Saturday, Feb. 27, after the men’s basketball game versus the George Mason Patriots. This year’s inductees include alumni of the men’s and women’s track and field, swimming and diving, and rowing teams.



Explorers Gave Back During the Holiday Season

Explorers celebrated the holiday season by volunteering their time and talent with various organizations in the Philadelphia area. They were part of the Alumni Service Committee, a new initiative aimed at increasing service opportunities for La Salle alumni spearheaded by Emily Plummer, ’13, and Jordan Feld, ’08. Still in its early days, the Alumni Service Committee is already making a significant impact.

Athletic Bytes

La Salle University will add three new teams to its varsity sports program this coming academic year.

The 1968-69 La Salle men's basketball team will be one of five teams inducted into the Philadelphia Big 5 Hall of Fame on April 11, 2016, at the Palestra.

La Salle student-athlete Mattias Glenesk, '17, qualified for the 2016 USA Swimming Olympic Trials on the final day of the AT&T Winter National Championships.
